To use certain functions of the app and websites the following data is required:

J4 Mobile Car Wash & Detailing utilizes biometric data (face and fingerprints) solely for the purpose of authenticating the current user, ensuring a quicker login/sign-up process. Providing biometric data is entirely optional and choosing not to provide this data will not impact any features of the application. J4 Mobile Car Wash & Detailing does not store biometric data; only authentication data is obtained from the underlying application layer. It is essential to understand that biometric data is neither transmitted over the network to our servers nor shared with any third-party service.

J4 Mobile Car Wash & Detailing allows users to delete their data from the system.

To delete data, please follow the below steps:

a. Open the online booking page at j4mobilecarwashdetailing.fieldd.co
b. Login, and click on your name/profile picture in the side menu
c. Scroll to bottom of your profile page
d. Click delete

Your profile including all future jobs will be cancelled and deleted. Personal data including name, email and phone number will be retained by the system only if the user has previously booked a job with J4 Mobile Car Wash & Detailing. In all other cases, all the data regarding the user will be deleted.

We will process your personal information lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner. We collect and process information about you only where we have legal bases for doing so.

These legal bases depend on the services you use and how you use them, meaning we collect and use your information only where:

a. it's necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or to take steps at your request before entering into such a contract (for example, when we provide a service you request from us);
b. it satisfies a legitimate interest (which is not overridden by your data protection interests), such as for research and development, to market and promote our services, and to protect our legal rights and interests;
c. you give us consent to do so for a specific purpose (for example, you might consent to us sending you our newsletter); or

Companies subscribed to J4 Mobile Car Wash & Detailing, and/or J4 MobileWash will use the Personal Information we collect or receive to communicate directly with you via SMS.

J4 Mobile Car Wash & Detailing sends two types of SMS messages to its users:

a. Transactional SMS Messages

Transactional, service-related SMS messages are sent to update and communicate with you about products and services you have ordered and/or subscribed to.  These messages include alerts such as “The company is en-route to your location”,  upcoming service reminders, and replies to direct messages regarding jobs booked on J4 Mobile Car Wash & Detailing. Since these are important updates, initiated by you, these cannot be unsubscribed or opted out from.

b. Marketing SMS Messages

Marketing SMS messages are sent containing info on services that may or may not be of interest to you. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you will be given the option to opt out at any time.

a. We may disclose personal information to:

i. third party service providers for the purpose of enabling them to provide their services, including (without limitation) IT service providers, data storage, hosting and server providers, ad networks, analytics, error loggers, debt collectors, maintenance or problem-solving providers, marketing or advertising providers, professional advisors and payment systems operators;

iii. sponsors or promoters of any competition we run;
iv. credit reporting agencies, courts, tribunals and regulatory authorities, in the event you fail to pay for goods or services we have provided to you;

For a better experience and in order to provide our service, we may required you to provide to us either directly, or indirectly, with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your username and Auth credentials. This is for the purpose of syncing your Google Calendar with J4 Mobile Car Wash & Detailing, and J4 Mobile Car Wash & Detailing into your google calendar. This is achieved via: console.developers.google.com

i. The username & Oauth2 credentials that we request will not be collected by us and will be used as described in this privacy policy. Your credentials will be collected by Google and their privacy policy for this sign-in can be found here: Google Sign-In for Calendar syncing

a. Choice and consent: By providing personal information to us, you consent to us collecting, holding, using and disclosing your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy. If you are under 16 years of age, you must have, and warrant to the extent permitted by law to us, that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to access and use the website and they (your parents or guardian) have consented to you providing us with your personal information. You do not have to provide personal information to us, however, if you do not, it may affect your use of this website or the products and/or services offered on or through it.
